Standard Form 1405, Preaward Survey of Prospective Contractor (Production)
When the government evaluates a bid for goods or services, first it determines whether the bid meets all specifications, then it determines if you can meet those specifications--through a preaward survey. The following form is used to determine your ability to meet the production requirements of a contract.
