Office Depot's Global Compliance Office is committed to providing education, training and awareness to Office Depot's associates around the world with respect to the Company's ethical business practices and related compliance policies. Our Global Compliance Office is responsible for the global oversight of the Company's Code of Ethics, in addition to reviewing allegations of ethical violations and setting direction on remediation activities. We leverage a multi-media approach for our training and awareness program to emphasize compliance throughout our organization. It is our mission to touch every international market on a yearly basis with Code of Ethics and Anti-Corruption/Anti-Bribery training and awareness.
Code of Ethics
Office Depot's Code of Ethics serves as our guide to expectations of how we should act towards one another as well as maintaining compliance with the laws that govern our business. It is the foundation upon which our related policies, trainings and ethical decisions are established. All Company associates are expected to comply with our Code of Ethics. We have developed a global handbook to serve as a resource for associates world wide. Key areas of the handbook include: Letter and Spirit of the Law; Associates Treat Each Other with Respect; The Best Interest of the Company; Financial Integrity/Accuracy of Numbers; Gifts and Entertainment; Confidentiality and Violations; Reporting and Consequences.

Office Depot Hotline
The Office Depot Hotline network, operated by an independent third party, is our global ethics and compliance communication forum for associates, customers or suppliers to voice their concerns or report potential violations pertaining to financial integrity or our company policies. The Office Depot Global Compliance Office provides additional oversight of the hotline program to ensure reported concerns are handled by the correct team of investigators. Office Depot is able to offer both a phone and web case reporting service available in 20 different languages for all associates, customers and suppliers to report any violations of our Code of Ethics or other Company policies globally.
