Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover along with the Office Depot Business and Personal credit cards. Orders placed for delivery require prepayment via credit card.

For our mutual protection, all orders placed for in-store pick up require the presentation of the credit card at the time of pick up along with a photo ID. An imprint may be required.

Office Depot Gift Cards and Reward Cards

Office Depot Gift Cards and Reward Cards can be entered as payment on your online order on step 3 (Pay) of the checkout process.

Below the "Payment Information" box, you will find the "Redeem a Gift, Merchandise or Reward Card" box where you can enter the car number and PIN number that appears on Office Depot Gift Cards and Reward Cards.

Please note that a credit card is required even if the total order amount is covered by the gift/reward card(s). The credit card acts as a secondary payment method that will only be used if the gift card(s) is declined.

Cash and Check Payments

Orders using a method of payment of cash or check cannot be accepted online. However, we do accept cash and check prepayments at our retail stores. To place an order using cash or check as the prepayment method, please call 800-GO-Depot place your order or visit one of our retail stores to place your order in person.
