Rated 4.9 out of 5by 14 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5by I was sent this at no cost and it is a great product. I love the portability of the pad. I have used it to help teach basket classes. I would definitely recommend/buy this product. April 15, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5by great idea! I requested a sample about a month ago. They served multiple purposes for me for both home for the grandkids and planning a multiple project display board. Ability to use, shuffle and return to position made them ideal for me. PS: I plan to try the pockets next! April 12, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5by EASY TO USE! I got a free sample of the Post-it Easel Pad from 3M. My daughters love it! They are able to write on it, take a sheet off, and hang it on their bedroom doors. I think this would be fun for them to create large pictures on and hang those on their doors. I think this could also be used for a birthday party game. There can be so many fun uses for this not just at an office! April 2, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5by Wonderful Product I received this product as a sample to try. We used them at one of our SPCA educational seminars. They worked great for the presentations. They adhere to the walls and are easy to remove - we can use them again and again without worrying we are going to take the paint off the walls. March 27, 2015

  • 1. Unlocking answers by asking questions

The best ideas are often solutions to a bigger problem. The Five Whys method delves into the truths of a situation to unlock responses that can transform challenges into creative opportunities.

Whether you're in a group or simply brainstorming by yourself, The Five Whys approach is a simple and effective way to explore the root cause of a problem and develop relevant solutions.

    1. 2. Write down the problem

Describe it in simple terms.  This will help you and your team focus on the task at hand.

Use these Post-it(R) items for this exercise.

      1. 3. Ask why the problem happens

Have each person in your session capture his/her why on a Post-it® Note.

        1. 4. Share

Share and group which why’s are similar and/or worthy of deeper consideration.

          1. 5. Examine your selections

Could there be another cause beneath it that is contributing to the problem?
If so, ask “why?” again and record your answer.
            1. 6. Continue these steps until the root problem is identified

We suggest doing the exercise at least five times but your situation may call for more or less.
