These pens write smoothly, have a comfortable grip, and don't get the ink-gunk build up that a lot of pens get. I started using these in college and refuse to use anything else! I use only the FINE tip, as the medium point does seem to get a little gunky sometimes. The grip is decently comfortable, I write ALL day EVERYDAY and it doesn't bother me. The only cons are the medium point is always available in stores while the fine point is almost exclusively online (you can find it occasionally in stores) and the medium point comes in all sorts of fun colors while the fine point only comes in black, blue and red. I love these pens and I have had many people tell me what great pens they are, so you won't be disappointed!

Rated 5 out of 5by rgiltner70 Finally a great pen!
Smooth writing, accurate in small space like pocket calendars and index cards, non smearing and comfortable for an inexpensive pen I use a lot. Was tired of leaky smearing gel pens but ball pens dried out and clogged. This one works the way a pen is supposed to work. Thank you Pilot!

Rated 5 out of 5by OfficeManager Pilot Easy Touch vs Pentel WOW!
Both the Pilot Easy Touch and the Pentel WOW! perform about the same for me. I like them both. The Pilot is thinner, has the clicker at the end, and fits into a pen loop easily for transport. The WoW has a broader grip which is nice when writing for long periods of time....less fatigue. It is also triangular in shape so it won't roll around. The ink barrel on the Pilot appears to be longer so the ink supply may outlast the Pentel. The nibs on both write very smoothly and without globs of ink spotting the paper. I'm finding that the Pilot ink does seem to dry faster and seems not to smudge as much right after writing as the Pentel. I have not noticed bleed-through from either pen. I write right-handed with light pressure, my boss writes left-handed with heavy pressure. I have noticed problems with the WOW after he has used it so now I guard the Easy Touch. All things considered, they are both really good pens for the money.
