Kensington? Contour Roller Case, 15H x 18W x 10D, Black
I've had this product for about eight years (maybe longer) and just recently the handle will no longer raise. I hate to buy a new one simply due to this. Although the wheels are pretty worn, they still work (surprisingly!). No tears in the material; very well built! Only other negative is that I am in grad school and wish it carried more (due to text books).

Good for the price, but quality has lessened
I have owned two of these rolling cases. The first was replaced after several years. The second one was obviously more cheaply made than in the past. After a couple of years, the telescoping handle sticks open, requiring two hands to close it (awkward when boarding a plane), and some of the zippers have broken. I'm now looking for a replacement. If I can't find a different brand at a comparable price, I may buy this one again, but won't expect it to last more than a year or two before having problems.

I have used this bag for 1 week now and it has passed the test. It has multiple compartments which for me is very helpful. The pull out handle works well for pulling long distances. This is one of the few bags that I have seen that has a pull behind and shoulder straps. I would recommend this to anyone in need of a good tech bag.

Best compartment distribution - just needs better
Wheels, this case needs better wheels!
I just bought my third case in several years. I love the number and distribution of the compartments. Really, I have tried another 3 cases from other brands between the second and third one, and I came back to Kensington.
The only problem with this case is that the wheels are too thin, and they fit in the crevices found in all airport walking conveyors. If you travel often, the wheels start to peel off until one day they break.
It would be awesome if the case could be updated with in-line-skate-like wheels. Those softer rubbery ones that are also very silent.
