OfficeMax Slide Bar Report Covers, Assorted
frustrating to use
This product is okay. But I bought one box and they were fine...a sheet of plastic folded in half and a plastic binding rib. The second package, however, has little half-circles cut into the folded edge (under the plastic ribs.) I have no idea what they are for, there was no mention of them on the package, I see no purpose but they are COLOSSALLY FRUSTRATING. When you slide the rib across the edge the corner catches in each of those four stupid flaps every time and takes forever to bind the things. I've learned my lesson...I will never buy another package unless I can see whether they are smooth or have stupid cuts in them.

cheap - save your $$$
Plastic covers are so thin they cannot be placed in the provided binder strip without wrinkling. Terrible quality.

This product advertises Office Max. I do not pay Office Max for a report cover to deliver business products if it has Office Max imprinted on it. I used to buy Avery Report Covers at Office Max - but not offered. I guess it's back to Staples for my business supplies.

To begin with, the Office Max logo is in gold on the inside back cover, lower right corner. Completely unnecessary and uncalled for. It shows through if the paper you insert is smaller than 8-1/2" x 11". Secondly, the part of the clear binder where you slide the bar down has several holes punched in it ... with flaps over the holes ... so that when you put the bar at the top and try sliding it down, the leading edges get caught in these holes. I don't know why the holes are even there. The slide bar covers the holes. The clear binder part is also larger than 8-1/2" x 11" so be careful if you're going to be using these in file folders or cabinets. Not very much larger, but larger. The clear binder itself is flimsy and not as sturdy as Office Depot's own brand. I will not purchase these report covers again.
