Disappointed expected more from Crayola These just break well sharpening and if you get them sharpened the minute my 5 year old starts writing his letters they crumble I thought maybe it was him pushing too hard but I tried and same result.... I love Crayola because there products are usually so outstanding but my son was so happy to get them and I thought it would be better than a marker for learning to write but not so much :/ hopefully they fix this issue! this would be awesome if it was a twistable If Crayola would make these in a twistable version they would be a top seller. Others have said the same. Sharpening issue could be solves with the plastic outer barrel. We love the idea of a fine tip harder to smear dry erase writing utensil. We just want one that works as desired. October 30, 2014
Not worth using for anything I agree with the others that these are impossible to sharpen. They don't even seem to fit in a regular pencil sharpener, at least not without gumming them up. Not sure what they are made out of. Looks like a thick crayon marker. They don't do the job at all because they break instantly. Plus, the bottom end is a mess. We thought it was an eraser, but it certainly wasn't! Some kind of melted mess! July 23, 2014
Don't sharpen Sharpening these is nearly impossible as they break very easily. They also break when my 5-year-old uses them for handwriting practice. He'll be using regular pencils or dry-erase markers from now on. June 11, 2014
