recomend this one natural ergonomic 4000 has a usb same shape padded comfort with adjustable height January 2, 2014
Extremely disappointed This great keyboard gave no indication in its description that there was NO USB connection. When the product arrived I found there was absolutely no way to hook this keyboard up to my new PC which only has USB connections. I drove to the local store to find they did not carry the converter necessary to hook this up, nor were they able to find this converter on their web store. Thankfully the clerk and manager at the store GAVE me a Ergonomic keyboard off their shelf which would work at no charge. After returning to my office I called the 800 number listed on the web site and spoke with a customer service rep. This person said there was a listed converter and the cost was in the $7 range. However, because the item was a small item there would be an additional $9 handling charge. I told him that the keyboard was useless to me without the converter and unless something more cost effective was available, I would be returning the keyboard. He waived the handling fee and shipped me the converter at cost plus tax. Horrible experience, but hope to get to use the new keyboard soon. December 31, 2013
Durable Keyboard I purchased this keyboard 4 years ago. I spend 40 hours a week, 50 weeks a year typing heavily on this keyboard and it's held up beautifully. I bought it after my shoulder surgery because I could no longer reach to use a detached mouse. The keys are a bit noisy but I am also a heavy typer. After all this use the letters on the keyboard are still intact. The other poster mentioned that the wristrest is not padded but it doesn't bother me. Feels comfortable enough to me. I am going to have to buy a new keyboard here shortly. The touch pad doesn't seem to always recognize my fingers...but it may be that my fingers are just extra dry these days due to some medical issues. But I'm thinking a new keyboard would be more sensitive to touch than the 4 year old keyboard I have now. November 7, 2013
Overall, happy with purchase Would have given 5 stars if the wrist rest was padded and if the keys were quieter. Would also like to have it available in a wireless model. In my opinion, these are the only negatives about it. I love the touch pad...makes me feel like I'm using my laptop but has the advantage of the split keyboard. I think this design is much easier on the wrists/hands when used all day/every day. Have only used for a couple of weeks, so don't know how durable it will be, but seems like it will be fine.
