Rated 4.1 out of 5?by 264 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5?by Brother MFC-J47ODW printer is easy to use, like the wireless and auto feed features Can't beat the price January 26, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5?by Works great I have only had this printer a couple of weeks, but it does everything I need it to. Printing time isn't lightning fast, but fast enough for home use. Scanner works very well. I don't use the fax part as I don't have a land line, and really don't need it. It was more difficult to install than I thought it would be. It didn't like my MAC Yosemite OS. I found drivers on the internet and that seemed to do the trick. Over all, this is a very good printer for coping, printing and scanning. No complaints. I would recommend it. January 26, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5?by Good value, XP USB install tricky Getting tired of paying $$$ for HP ink, when my HP printer died I got a Brother. Good value for color print/scan/copy. Sold as "wireless", it came with an installation disc and a procedure for USB connection, but no cable. I had a cable, so no problem. The short version of a 6-hour install: the disc is apparently set up for Windows 7 or 8, with a "start.exe", but I'm still running Windows XP home edition SP-3. I eventually found a "setup.exe" on the disc. The scan software isn't up to HP standards, but the Brother printer works great. January 20, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5?by Worst Printer I've ever owned I feel obligated to let everyone know that this printer (at least the one I have and many of the same model I've read about regarding the same complaint) does not print on any medium except copy paper. If you intend to print photos, or on cardstock, then you should not buy this printer. The front load tray makes for difficult paper loading and the multiple color ink cartridges are very inconvenient. January 9, 2015
