Quality, Soft leather bonded sturdy chair
My wife has back problems so I wanted a task chair with soft bonded leather and wheels that is good for 3-6 hours of sitting and watching TV. This appears to be a quality chair at a reasonable price at Office Depot

Poor quality, shakes
The moment I assembled this chair and sat in it the first time the backrest shook and leaned to one direction. It wasn't bc I didn't assemble correctly, but bc the internal framework of the backrest isn't strong at all. As others have mentioned, some screws got stripped bc the pieces don't fit that we'll together.
Don't bother unless you find one assembled that seems sturdy. Then it might only be a matter of time as others mentioned, but it might be worth a short.
Would be a 4/5 star chair bc of it's styling and comfort, but since it got returned within 24 hours ...

Very good value
Seems like a great chair, especially at the price. Good looking and comfortable.

Wood is cracked on both arm rests
My chair of 5 years broke so I went to OfficeDepot to get a new one. This Style@Work chair looked like it was made with higher quality materials. Instead of plastic around the leg parts & the arm rests, it was made of wood. I sat in the seat and if felt pretty comfortable. The leather felt very soft compared to the cheaper chair I had gone in there to replace. The rating on this more expensive Style@Work chair was 3 to 6 hours which was better too. So I decided I'd get this one. My husband put it together for me. I told him to leave off the arm rests because I wanted to be able to push the chair up close to my desk. The arm rests usually prevent that. So, I looked at the arm rests and noticed the wood is cracked on both sides of both arm rests. The cracking is all the way up on both sides of the arm rests. If I had wanted to put the arm rests on the chair, then I?d either have to ask OfficeDepot to give me new arm rests or I?d have to use a sander and sand the wood down and then re-stain the wood. I?m not sure how deep the cracking goes into the wood. This is why I?m taking 2 stars off on my review. I know most people will want arm rests on their chair so this will be a problem. Fortunately, I?m not going to use the arm rests so I?ll keep the chair as is. If you buy this chair at Office Depot, you might want to open the box in the parking lot and look at the arm rests before you drive all the way home. The arm rests were the very first pieces when I opened the box.
