desk ok, hutch junk.
Desk went together just fine. The hutch had a board cut short so nothing went together right. Picaso woulda been proud though.
I would not get the hutch.

Very Good Product
After reading the reviews from other customers I decided to take a chance considering the price I got it for. Overall it is a very good computer desk. Everything went well in putting it together except when it came to the bottom file drawer, I can see were the other customers were having trouble getting it to fit right. After playing with the ajustments I have it to were it works. But, it's not totally aligned as it should be. A very minor problem. Again the instructions were right on,all the parts were there,nothing was broken and it really looks good in the den.

Beautiful desk at a reasonable price
I just finished putting this desk together in my guest room/home office and it really adds a touch of class. I got it on sale (as most people have mentioned in reviews) so the price was amazing.
It took about three hours to put it together by myself (27 year old female) but when I was almost finished I realized I was short screws. I called Office Depot and the guy told me they had a bucket of extra screws from floor models so I drove over and he found me the missing parts. When I got home and finished putting the rails on, I found the top draw had a lot of trouble lining up. I went on Sauder's website and it's actually one of the FAQs so I guess I'm not the only one who's had the problem. I watched a few of the adjustment videos and after another hour of trial and error, I've given up for now. I'm going to email Sauder's and see if they have a better suggestion. I'm sure eventually I'll get the drawer to roll smoothly.
Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase. I'm really glad the guy at Office Depot suggested opening the box in the car and bring it upstairs a few pieces at a time. I got the box itself to the stairs using a hand truck but I live on a second floor walk up and that box was not making it up the stairs.
