Does The Job
I bought this desk for my son, so he can have his computer and his printer on the same desk and be able to his homework. Unfortunately, there were no dimensions for putting the computer on when you have the top part of the desk on. My son's computer would not fit under the top part so we had to take it off and just use the desk. The other unfortunate no one or even written on the website, that you need to drill a holes in the desk in order to put the top on, I did not like that. Had I known the dimensions inside for the computer I may not have purchased or even attempted to install the top part. It does, however look better without the top on. Now, it does the job for my son.

Exactly We Were Looking For
Pros: This desk is the perfect size for a desktop computer and printer. It is small enough to fit in nicely in the living room; but big enough to hold everything we needed.
Cons: It was fairly difficult to put together- The holes were not drilled all the way through the granite top- and we made the mistake of not having the drill on full speed while we were drilling the holes- resulting in a terrible looking hole- and the granite finish just peeled away... luckily (since the desk is so dark) we were able to hide it great with a black sharpie :) The hinges and drawer slides were also tricky to get adjusted.
Overall: Well worth the money and we love how it looks! It was well worth the 8hrs of quality bonding with hubby; while putting it together :)

beautiful desk
I purchased this desk for my daughter. Her husband had no trouble putting it together, and they love it. The finish is beautiful and does not look like a "do-it-yourself" desk. She has a home business and this is just right.

Good desk
It is a very good desk and has good price. Other people already shared enough good points of this desk. So I do not want to repeat them, but just share some of my experiences as follows:
It does cost me 2-3 nights to assemble it, but it is not as difficult as I thought after reading all other comments here. The instruction is quite clear, and they also have online video for most of steps (I did not check the video myself since the pictures are already clear enough for me).
The door and two drawers need some tunes. Just follow instructions to adjust them to best places.
One major drawback for desktop usage: The preset holes on the back board is too small. The head of a VGA or DVI cable cannot pass through it. Since the door is designed to hold a desktop case, the holes should be designed for cables connecting the screen and the case. I do not understand why they design such small holes. (Do they assume all customers use HDMI or DP cables for monitors?) I finally use a piece of sand paper to manually enlarge one hole, so that I can have my DVI cable pass through it.
