Tape Wrangler ProSeal 200D Shipping/Packing Tape System
Best one I've used so far
The guy who reviewed this before me maybe didn't realize that the yellow wheel on the outside of the tape controls the tension, this is great because some tape is thicker, and you need less tension while some is thinner and more tension is called for. If I have the issue of the tape sticking as he did, I adjust the tension and it takes care of that issue. It is rather tricky to load as it doesn't open up and you have to use a lot of twisted tape to feed thru the space allowed. The cutter and pen are handy, and yes they do sometimes fall out, I just took them out and put them in the pen cup. I really like that unlike nearly every tape gun I have used in the past, I don't have issues stopping and cutting the tape off where I want it. So many tape guns you have to really angle severely to get them to cut off. This one is very precise and easy to cut off just where I want it.

Worst Tape Gun Ever
While the idea for this gun is great the execution of that idea is way off. The biggest problem is that the drag adjustment wheel is facing the same direction the tape roll travels causing the tension to dial down and the wheel to fall off all the time. The second biggest problem is that the tape sticks to the retainer tabs in between uses causing the tape to fold back on itself at the beginning of each use. Other issues with this gun are that the knife and marker fall out of the handle all the time, loading a roll of tape is difficult because it has to go thru a tunnel under the roller (this is open on most other tape guns) and it is just overall bulky. I love the idea of having a way to mount it to the wall (the reason I bought it) but I see now that I will have to modify a good tape gun on my own to make that happen, because this is a long way off from being useable under any conditions.
