It gets 4 stars because it's made with 100% recycled paper; other than that I would have given it three stars. Does not tear well at perforations and you have to use quite a bit so that you don't have a finger punch through when doing what it's designed to do. Staples recycled bath tissue performs a bit better.

Not the softest or strongest, but if you want to do your part for conservation and the environment, this 100% recycled toilet paper is acceptable. I would not say this just because it is a "green" product. If it were rough or fell apart easily, I wouldn't recommend it. The price is right, too. Cheaper than Marcal, which OfficeMax used to carry in their stores until the merger.

I was skeptical at first for buying "recycled" tissue, but suprisingly , it 's very good. It's strong enough, yet soft enough for your behind. It's way better than the Cottonelle brand which I found too thin and soft. (Ripped through easily and doesn't work a wipe.)
I recommend these to everyone. It's worth every penny and there's no need to change the roll every week -- it last & last.
