Good But! Good, noisy, but the cutter head unit is too heavy for my wife to pick up. The plate on the bottom helps keep the floor neater when the unit emptied. Had another make but it had problems so I returned it and ordered the Fellows as all of my previous have been. NOTE FOR SHARPENING HEAD: Fold a piece of paper and place it over the insert. Pour vegetable oil into the crease and push the button. Been doing this for years. March 3, 2013

Excellent home shredder I purchased 2 of these last Christmas - one as a gift and one for me. Am purchasing another this year as a gift. It easily handles multiple sheets and credit cards. The proximity safety sensor is sensitive but doesn't present a problem to an adult user. That's a good thing. A little noisier than the lighter duty one it replaced. I can never empty these things without some clutter, but that's probably just me. The front opening allows disposal of small items without shredding. November 26, 2012

Not for us! This shredder if far to loud to use in a busy office. Sometimes you can only shred one page at a time. August 2, 2012

Never-4-Get I am in love with this convenient small but not so tiny shredder. It gobbles the papers right up, the basket doesn't require emptying every ten sheets like my first shredder, but the true story is yet to be seen. I've only had it two weeks. I have a big one like this at the office. It worked great in the beginning but since before the warranty expired was and is plugged with a lot of sensor problems. It still shreds like a monster but a lot of the safety features are being worked around. So long longevity will tell the story. March 11, 2012
