Rated 1 out of 5?by Did not work We had to return and purchase genuine HP 88 cartridges. Printer still did not print after installing these. September 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5?by Great Product I buy the Office Depot cartridges for my printer all the time now. They're great and they're less expensive than HP --- where you pay for the name and the advertising. I have never had a problem loading the cartidges or they're being accepted by the printer. It's a piece of cake to use them. Also, the print quality is easily as good as HP. So long HP! Hello Office Depot! I'm saving money and getting quality. November 6, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5?by No Problems Here The really bad review about this product prompted me to let you know I've had no problems with OD's HP compatible ink. I'm on my second box. My only complaint is you have to buy all colors. Before I have too many of a couple of colors, I guess I'll even out the inventory with an HP product where I can buy them individually. However, I have had no problems with our machine accepting the product. September 23, 2010
Rated 1 out of 5?by Very disappointed I initially decided to purchase these remanufactured cartridges, thinking I'd save a little money and also help out the Earth (Office Depot lets you bring back your empties to the store for recycling.) My printer absolutely refused to recognize the blue cartridge no matter what I tried. The printer stubbornly insisted the blue cartridge was "missing or damaged," despite removing, cleaning, reinserting, cleaning contacts, etc. Okay, so I put back the almost-empty blue cartridge to see if I could get the printer to work and it kept hanging up during the alignment process (the remanufactured magenta and yellow cartridges were still in.) Out of frustration, I brought back all 3 remanufactured cartridges to the store for a refund and ended up buying a brand-new pack of HP 88 cartridges for a few bucks more. These went in with no problems whatsoever and they are working great. I also noticed that the HP cartridge box directs you to locate free information on recycling their cartridges. I will stick with HP-original cartridges in the future. September 5, 2010
