I love oatmeal for breakfast usually slow cook mine in 1% milk with a small amount of evaporated milk. It tastes rich and creamy. I decided to try the instant packages and they were horribly sweet at 29-34 grams of sugar per serving!! This is like drinking a 12 oz. can of Coke (39g) or 3 Krispy Creme donuts (30g) or a serving of yogourt with fruit (25g). Quaker, YOU CAN AND MUST do better to help us make healthy choices.

Too sweet and fake maple flavoring. Cannot recommend. Smells better than it tastes.

I have never enjoyed oatmeal, but after having my child, I was advised to eat oatmeal every morning to help with breastfeeding. I decided to try Quaker Oats Maple and Brown Sugar, and I am addicted! I don't even feel like my day has started until I have a bowl. It's so delicious!

They've changed the taste of it and the new version has neither the taste nor texture of the prior version. I used to actually like their oatmeal. This though is worthless, but probably cheaper to make.... It was the only brand we bought. Not anymore.
