Rated 1 out of 5by Booked Disappointed; Tried for a month
I ordered this stapler for stapling 30-80 pages. The staples are too long for 30 pages -- the staples are too bulky on the back (wrap around) and can be felt through the cover (of books). The way I wanted to use this stapler was as a finishing tool (as a book maker) yet there were so many missed expectations for me.
When I went to staple 40-80 pages the staples would get jammed and create holes in some of the pages but not completely staple through. The holes damage our pages which cost us money for reprinting.
So as much as it's easy to load, it doesn't function well as a stapler and the staple remover button is not realistic. In other words: the remover doesn't work consistently (maybe only 20% of the time).
I also had other people use the stapler to make sure it wasn't just me as the operator that was having problems. Three other users didn't have success using it either.
If you want a finishing tool/stapler: Save your money and don't use this stapler.

Rated 2 out of 5by StapleProblem I can't find the staples for re-filling!
Love this stapler, it works great. However, the 400 staples it came with will have to last the lifetime of the stapler because we cannot find them anywhere to purchase - that said, the stapler is going to be useless once we get through our first 400 staples! Not happy about this!

Rated 5 out of 5by BretVz Almost No Effort!
Before we bought this Swingline LightTough Heavy Duty Stapler, I had to practically stand on our stapler when binding a large number of sheets. This one takes so little effort that even I can do it! Also, our old one would bind often because of the uneven force I put on it just trying to get it to staple. Not this one! I've had no binding issues, especially since I do not have to force it!
