Very good back rest for computer work
I am a computer programmer. This back rest is thick and firm and provided very good back support for me. However, there is a trick to make it work better, at least for me. The backside of it is flat, while the front face cave-in in the middle (or sticking out on 2 sides). I found it works better to put the back flat side at front, while put the front side to the back. Also depending on your chair, to use it up-side down works even better for me. The nylon strap is easy to tighten, just you need to know how to do it. On the buckle, thread the strap through the middle hole and then thread through the edge hole and then pull the strap tight. If it doesn't tighten, then you got the direction wrong. Then try the middle hole from the opposite side.

The cushion sits poorly on the chair, and the nylon strap doesn't hold it in place. The pad also isn't very comfortable and feels as though it is pushing you off the chair. I gave it to a coworker to try since it didn't work for me and she didn't like it either. We wound up returning it.
