What do they know?
I thought I would take a risk and buy the monitor even though the other reviews were not that good. The Monitor was on sale, so the price was good, and I believe it was because of the reviews. As it turns out, you can adjust the angle of the monitor, and it was not dfficult. The controls are touch sensitive, which makes it very easy to adjust the images. This is a great Monitor, and do not believe what the others side, because they must not know that much about technology.

Not Compatible with Macs
This monitor is not compatible with Macs. I have a MacBook Pro 2012. I tried a variety of different input converters from the DisplayPort to DVI. The picture quality turned out to be very poor and there were black borders around the screen so it was not filling the full screen real estate. OS X does not support changing the Underscan settings on this monitor either to compensate. I was able to get the image to fill the screen by changing the monitor settings on the hardware to "AV" mode from "PC" mode. The image quality remained very poor. This is not what I'd expect from Samsung. I tried the rest of the LED monitors at Office Depot and they all worked with my Macbook so I exchanged it out. I did try this monitor with a PC. The image looked much better than with Mac but definitely not up to par with my standards. The monitor I switched out for was much less in price at the same screen size and I'm much happier. Office Depot customer service was great after I explained what had happened.

Disappointed
Being told by a gamer that Samsung monitors were the best for graphics, I bought this 23" for Adobe Photoshop. The would be edges are not crips lines in images. I saw a Dell shiny screen 24" ($249) that I was tempted to get because of its crisp image edges. Or I see Acer monitors are good images. I also don't like the not existent bottoms to adjust the qualities of the screen.

Disappointed
I could not get proper color clarity on this monitor and the monitor itself was not put together well. The way you access the settings for the monitor is awkward because of the lack of textured buttons. You just have to sweep your finger across smooth areas on the bottom of the monitor and they are quite close together causing a lot of accidental choices within the on screen menu.
Just trying to put the cable in is a bit nerve wracking because of how un-stabilized the inner hardware is. It had more give than a trampoline in there. Since I only have mine to go on, I have to review based on my experience. I can't help but think I must have gotten a dud.
