This is an old version, but the manufacturer upgraded to TuboCAD 2015.
There is a learning curve because it's different from what I was accustomed to. But it seems pretty solid and useful. Opens existing files with no problem including dxf files.
Very good software at a reasonable price.

I like the program, but for now I am having to learn it. I don't like that it is in draw mode as soon as entering it, but that is mostly what you are use to.
