Fast, crisp and quality When we first purchased this printer, we thought it was over priced. But after we used it, it prints so fast and with great quality. This printer is phenomenal, and I would recommend this for everyone who will be doing a lot of printing. June 15, 2013

Mac Networking After a week of working with HP's tech support people, who really tried to help, it turns out that although HP claims the CP4525DN is Mac compatible, when connected by ethernet to Airport Extreme, the printer automatically disconnects from the network after about an hour. The only way to reconnect it is to pull the power plug on the Airport Extreme for 30 seconds and then plug it in again. You're good until you stop using the printer for an hour and then have to repeat the process. Interestingly, this is not a problem with the Tiger operating system, but with Leopard and Snow Leopard. I don't know if Apple is deliberately making it impossible to use a high speed color printer with Macs or the printer manufacturers are not cooperating, but something is going on as had the same trouble with another manufacturer's high speed printer. Solid Performance This machine is well built with substantial heft and precision aligned and well fitted components. Printing is amazing fast end efficient. I print 1000 statements every month plus other office docs from my home office. This machine fits my needs perfectly. Super easy to install and set up. The price is appropriate for the quality delivered. August 25, 2011
