Horrible Chair
I recently purchased this chair with the thought that the fabric would be a great alternative to leather in a warm environment. When the chair arrived the next day I was surprised by how quick the shipping was. That is 5 star all the way. Assembling the chair was fairly easy and straight forward. Now the problems with the chair: The fabric is the harshest fabric they could have found. It is almost like sitting on sandpaper. It tears away at legs and you can't even place your arms on the armrests because it feels like it is tearing the skin away.
The chair tends to rock on the Lift Piston which is annoying and will eventually cause failure. The seat padding is thick but hard as a rock. The padding just doesn't allow any give. This might be good for durability sake but for comfort it completely misses the mark.
The Office Depot Crew was amazingly helpful and allowed me the opportunity to exchange this chair with a like priced leather chair (Which happened to be on sale) and I am much happier now.

Amazing Chairs
These chairs are wonderful! The ladies they were ordered for are exceptionally happy with how comfortable they are and I am pleased with how they look. I did only give them 4 stars for quality because I'm waiting to see how they hold up to some of the heavier people, but everyone keeps talking about how comfortable they are and how nice they look!

Most comfortable chairs for price
The True Innovations Sport Mesh Mid-Back Chairs are very comfortable and durable. We desparately needed new office chairs and these chairs are very nice looking and for the price are a very good buy. We wish we would have ordered more as the price was great. I picked up the chairs at the store in Champaign, Illinois and the customer service was excellent and the young man who loaded the chairs for me was very polite and had a smile on his face. Customer service is an important feature and your store has the best!!
