Office Depot Brand EasyOpen ClearVue? Locking Slant-D Ring Binder, 5 Rings, Letter Size, 57% Recycled, Blue 1 5 1 1
Not a well-designed product I picked up several of these 5" binders at work for organizing paperwork and I have been consistantly disappointed in the product performance. The design itself is fine, it is the rings that are a failing me. Although the binder is listed as having "locking" D-rings, and they seem to hold well against trying to separate the rings with your hands, they easily come apart when tring to move pages from one side of the rings to the other. It seems that in Office Depot's attempt to receive the Arthritis Foundation's recommendation for ease of use (something that is touted on the packaging), they forgot what a locking binder is supposed to be...a LOCKING binder. Do not buy. You will just have to replace them, as I am doing. August 4, 2011
