Rated 3.8 out of 5by 77 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5by Extremely Comfortable... The chair is very comfortable and the appearance and design go well with my furniture. I am pleased with this purchase. March 24, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5by Cheap. Poor cushioning. I bought this chair as an everyday office chair. After 3 weeks of use, the cushion is useless. It's like I'm sitting on a board. I'm not a big guy at 190lbs. Now I need to buy a separate cushion to add to this. You should definitely look to move up to something higher quality than this. Wish I would have. March 19, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5by Good Product I am satisfied with the purchase. I always have good luck with Office Depot products and services. March 9, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5by Okay, but not great This chair is okay for the price, but I've had much better chairs for the same amount of money. The first one (from this order) wasn't drilled correctly and none of the screws fit. I called and a very nice customer service rep sent out another chair. That one went together just fine. The biggest problem I have with the chair is that it's a bit wobbly. The wheels are plastic, but the base is metal, so there is some wobble between the two. Also using the lift isn't as smooth as it should be. In order to raise the chair, you have to get out of the chair. That causes the chair to go all the way up, so you have to sit on it to take it down to the level you need. If you don't get it right the first time, you have to start all over. I'm tall and have long arms, so it's a bit difficult to type on a pull-out keyboard with the arms on the chair. There is a very slight adjustment out screw for the arms, but I'm thinking it would be best to just take them completely off the chair. Also, there could be a bit more padding in the seat. It's a little thin and sort of makes MY seat numb! I've had this chair for about a week (the replacement chair) and I also still have the broken chair. Customer service is great, the delivery/pick up people, not so much. March 9, 2015
