Rated 3.4 out of 5by 42 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5by No Wireless This printer was disappointing. It does not have wireless capabilities. It must be either directly wired (with a cable) to the internet or directly wired to your computer / device. I realize many businesses hardwire printers, but it seems surprising that in this age it doesn't even come with the option. May 11, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5by Excellent Replacement for hp 3380 I recently replaced an hp 3380 which I had for over ten years with this new modeI. love this printer. The full duplex printing and scanning without having to flip the paper is a noticeable improvement over my old model. The print speed and quality are also significantly improved. I have not had the issues others have reported with the printer going into sleep mode and not being able to accept print jobs. The scanning to PDF or JPG to a USB drive or network drive is outstanding. This printer is by far the easiest printer I have ever had to set up. Windows 8 computers will automatically recognize the printer even when connected on the network. I did have a Windows XP machine which required a bit more set up effort - i.e. I had to install from the installation software. But once I did, everything worked great. The iPhone App is also nice I highly recommend this printer. It was a tremendous value at the sale price of $349. May 4, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5by Great Printer for Value!! Have currently been network sharing this printer with 3 others for a little over a year now. We have had small issues...but most user errors. Have printed now over 7,500 pages and scanned 1,250 pages to date with no jams of its own fault. Currently running 80x toner. We are averaging approx 5,000 to 6,500 copies per cartridge. Great features for the money and a breeze to install on network. So far we have used scan to network, copy/scan from usb, eprint,, scan to email...and have not had any problems software or hardware related to date. As for the black line as seen in copies made that someones posted... clean flatbed scanner and keep clean. Did receive firmware failure after loosing power...but was able to flash firmware through software that came with it by doing a update and power-down and a reboot. Overall I would recommend this printer for someone who does not want to put a lot of money into a laserjet, wants all the features your getting, and has a monthly duty cycle of 800-1200 pags. This amount of pages would roughly get you about 8 to 12 month use out of a single cartridge although it is capable of much more. May 1, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5by Not Real Happy Not real happy with the copier. If, and all printers, do eventually have a paper jam. It appears that I will have to take apart much of the copier if that occurs. The toner is expensive and does not last as long as my old hp printer did. When I want it to copy, the first copy always comes out blank until I do it again and it realizes that the copy/copies I want is sitting on the top. My old hp that I had for about a year broke in the middle of tax season so I had no time to pick and choose. Oh for the good old days. I had a copier for 15 yes 15 years with absolutely no problems until it eventually wore itself out. April 28, 2015

No, it does use network printing but not wireless. But, the new Google Print allows you to print to it from anywhere you can log into your Google account, including phones or tablets, anywhere in the world. But, you have to have a computer hooked up it and on.
