I've had this product for about 4 years. The screws on the handles come loose all the time since day one. They became stripped withing a month. Because it holds just about everything I needed it to hold, I just glued them on. When they come apart, I just deal with it. Not hard to put together. Business growing, acquired stuff over the years and just surfing to try to find a small 2 drawer to match. If not will buy a whole new matching set.

Not what I expected
Bought this one to go with the other one we had purchased before. When it came in, we put it together in the backstock room. When we brought it to the office, we noticed that the colors were different. They had changed the colors of the cabinet but the name of the colors were still the same. It took us forever to put it together so there was no way we would break it down to return. Very disappointed with the product and now it doesn't match with the other pieces in the office. I will never buy another piece of furniture from office depot.

Quality Product
You will want to have an extra tube of wood glue (cheap) on hand, as the amount of glue that comes with the cabinet is skimpy. This product is very high quality. Lots of hardwood rather than the pressed (chemical injected) stuff. I'm not sure how they can sell this at the low price, especially during a sale and/or coupon codes. You'll want to put aside 2-4 hours if you're doing this project alone, and don't work on assemblies all the time. It's not hard to do, the directions are (unusually) great, and few tools are needed: all you really need is a couple screwdrivers (phillips and flat). Cleanup after assembly was easy and quick. If I had use for more four drawer filing cabinets, it would be a no brainer: I'd buy more of these.
Both letter and legal size folder systems work with this fantasticly designed, high quality, four drawer filing cabinet. That, to me, is a great thing! If you're shopping around for a low cost, high quality, four drawer, filing cabinet, stop shopping, and put your purchase order in for this one. You,ll be glad you did.

Disappointed
Cabinet was mostly made of particle board which split apart as metal inserts were put into place. I was never able to get it solidly
put together and hope Office Depot will honor a refund.
This cabinet is cheaply made and poorly constructed and
I'm surprised they would offer such a product.
