Nightmare to assemble
It took two of us almost 4 hours to put this together - instructions are terrible and unclear. We had to drill our own holes on the bottom for the wheels!! Instructions were poor on how to position and install drawer gliders - we were stuck on that part alone for 45 minutes. Also, we did not receive any glue with the product - had to go to the store and purchase our own.
Once it's put together it looks great but I would not recommend unless you don't mind spending 3-4 hours assembling.

Not recommended
Pro: Good tolerances, heavy product, finish matches other pieces
Cons: Packaging completely unsatisfactory (entire bottom ripped out on delivery), instructions caused 90 minutes extra assembly time and many repeated steps, drawers do not slide well, wheel assembly requires extra drilling. Customer service on follow up not helpful.

Terrible product.
Instructions are terrible, some pieces showed slight damage.
You would of thought it was "Made in China"...
But it was "Made in Denmark"
Office Depot, please discontinue this product!

horrible product
I recently moved to the Chicago area for work. I also work predominately from home, so I was looking for a filing cabinet that was attractive to sit in my living room. (which I'll admit this one is# I liked that it came with two additional drawers and that it looked like a piece of furniture rather than office equipment. However, it was INSANELY difficult to put together. I've put together bookcases, tv stands w/ doors, coffee tables etc. So I'm not new to the do it yourself products. Lets just say that I started putting it together at 8:30pm and as of 12:30 that morning, it still wasn't done. The instructions are less than clear, the parts don't fit together well and I literally had to hammer the sides together so hard that I dented every side of the piece to try and fit it together. Also the glue was completely hard when I opened it, so I had to improvise with glue that I had. When I put together the large drawer of the three that back particual board split from the screws. But you had to keep tightening them because there was a gap on the side...thus the split wood and there was still a gap . When I finally (2:30pm the the next day) got the pieces to fit together after I'm sure annoying off my neighbors from all the hammering, the drawers didn't fit. There is about an inch between the drawer and the bottom of the cube. I live in downtown Chicago so I really wanted to make this work because it's really heavy to move and frankly I didn't want to mess with returning it. But I absolutely have to at this point. There is no excuse for the lack of quality of and how much I struggled to put this together. Don't be fooled by how pretty it looks...it was a nightmare. The one thing postive I will say is that it seems like it would have been a good product if the pieces fit. but unfortunately it was not. Don't waste your money.
