The note pad in the back didn't stick
All except for one thing is good. The problem is with the note pad in the back of the planner. It became unattached from the cardboard backing as soon as I opened it. I didn't use force to look at the pad, so I don't know why it happened. Otherwise, I really like the planner!

Nice, but a little short of expectations
I definitely like the pink and black color. I'm not sure why it said magnetic snap closure because there's nothing magnetic about it. It requires firm pressure to snap it. The post it holder inside has an opening, suggesting you'd be able to pull out pop-up post-its from it; however, they made the opening too short and if you try to pull a post-it through, it pretty much desintegrates it on the way out. What I do like is that there are 2 plastic pockets in the binder that hold a total of 8 business cards, there is another zip-lock type plastic pocket and it also holds a notepad in the back which has 7 hole punch if you'd rather put it in the actual binder. The pages aren't dated, so you will have to write in your own dates. Also it is micro-fiber, which should be more easy to clean, but don't mix this up with micro-suede... it isn't soft like micro-suede, but has more of a neoprene feel to it. The back inside cover is not black and pink, but all pink, so not quite as pictured.

Awesome!!!
I love these planners so much that I give them as gifts to my business associates! Great extras for an affordable price. Plus, the pink ribbon support and I'm a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant so the pink & black color is a neat little bonus.
