To pull the drawer all the way out, find the black tabs located on the file glide. Push one tab up while pushing the other down, all while pulling the drawer out.

There are no accessories that come with the file cabinet, the high sided drawers are constructed so that hang rails are not needed and hanging file folders can be placed directly in the drawer. We don't currently provide the file followers, but they might be available directly through the manufacturer.
