Rated 3 out of 5by 1 reviewer.
Rated 3 out of 5by Misleading When I did a search for the MC362w Cyan toner, this is the one that popped. It is not the correct toner for our printer (I believe this is the toner for the MC562w). After calling OKI and discussing it with them, it turns out this is a common mistake. There is a higher and lower quality OKI available, and the higher level accepts multiple toners and the lower level only accepts one. BUT, they have different model numbers, so I am not sure why Office Depot has not corrected this issue on the site. They offer the correct model toner for the lower quality printer, but it doesn't pop up as in option when you do search. The same issue happens with the 3 other colors as well. So, if you have a OKI MC362w printer, the correct item #'s are as follows: Black ? Oki 44469801, Item 453903 Cyan ? Oki 44469703, Item 453804 Magenta ? Oki 44469702, Item 453786 Yellow ? Oki 44469701, Item 453777 Office Depot is great about accepting returns and getting the correct replacement out, but they really should fix the site so the correct items pop up when doing a search. Also, once the toner is out, it is OUT. No more paper will print period. How about a little warning? I've now learned to go into settings and check the ink levels and also to keep one of each color in stock. I hope this was helpful! February 17, 2014
