Targus? 17 Platinum Blacktop Deluxe Notebook Case, Black
This is my second exact case as my previous case was four years old and pretty worn. I have a 17 inch laptop that I take everywhere and wanted protection when not in use. The laptop is held in place by a very sturdy strap. The main zipper would split on the corners and I would have a heck of a time to get it to stay together. Was reminded that this case says Lifetime Limited Warranty. Will see how that goes.

Roomy case with some basic design flaws
Disclaimer - I own a CBT301D-10 that's very similar in design to this one, but it's enough to steer me clear of this model. Beware - the outer pouch unzips only on one side, so if you expect to get full access to whatever you've stored in there, you won't. The buckle on mine is way too easy to push in crooked when trying to buckle it one-handed in the airport, and it won't self align and click into place. Also, the outer pouch where office supplies are stored doesn't close at the top, making it possible for items (passport!) to fall out.

Study and protective computer case
I am so pleased with this case. I was looking for a bag I could open up and strap my laptop in. This bag lets me do this and I have a separate bag that I use to put my cords in to store on top of the laptop when I travel.

great computer case!
I am very pleAsed with this bag. It was suggested by an HP adviser for my HP envy dv7, with 17-inch screen. It actually has a rubber bumper along the bottom and side to protrct the laptop as well as generous padding. Many pockets tocarry everything I need. Its a heavy laptop but the handle even has cushion to make it easy ont the hands. It was a little more than i wanted to pay, but wellworth it.
