Nice quality, lots of parts, locked drawer problem
The desk came in many parts, but directions were good but took a long time to put together. Nice quality, but locked drawer and drawer above the locked drawer on this desk did not work properly. Tried and tried to make it operate smoothly. Emailed company but have not heard back from anyone to date.

This is an awesome desk. It is incredibly sturdy. I am not going to lie though it is incredibly heavy. It was shipped in two boxes. The setup was very easy, in following the instructions there is no way you can go wrong. Also, all the hardware is labeled by step. No need to really figure out what you need and what you don't for any particular step. Also, it comes with spare parts, so in case you screw up, it's all good.
The desk fits my needs very well and is perfect for the room that I wanted to be my office in my new house. I love how it has a built in socket for plugs and things so that my cable management is a bit better. Also, it gives me space for my laptop, desktop, and a work area so that I can tweak hardware in my tower.

Better than expected
For the price, I expected something of cheaper construction than I received. This desk is heavy, which is a big positive. The instructions were easy to follow and the hardware was even packaged according to the step number in the instructions. It was very easy to put together; however, it did take about 4 hours to do so. (This was a one person construction project, if I had help it would have gone faster)
I am pleased.

Worth it dollar for dollar
Pros: The old adage "You get what you pay for" represents this product. But not in the negative manner this quote is normally used for. Dollar for dollar this desk it worth exactly what you spend on it. The parts are sturdy, feels solid, and they look very nice. I am very pleased with how this desk looks and I was impressed how fast I was able to assemble it (took me a little over 4 hours by myself). A lot of this desk's worth comes in how it is packaged and the instructions, never before have I seen such excellently detailed instructions. As an added bonus the parts for assembly are packaged by order of step, that way you know you have the exact amount of parts you need for the particular step you are on in assembly.
How I use it: I use this desk for business and pleasure. On the business side I coordinate with the research teams I am involved in and I have plenty of desk space to spread my materials around. The surface easily accommodates my computer, two monitors (24") and all the books and journals I am currently using. Even with all these materials the space never feels cramped. For the video gamers out there the huge desk benefits you in the same way it does for business. I can hold my desktop (a full tower) and both monitors and still have plenty of space to go around (triple monitors anyone?). The wide keyboard tray is comfortable to use for most games as it is big enough to hold both the keyboard and mouse (though I wouldn't recommend it for FPS's, you'll have to take the mouse off the tray to accommodate the wide movements) The built in port provides extra electrical connections to house all of your devices while the wrap around desk portion allows you to space all your materials while still keeping them in reach.
Cons: Once again "you get what you pay for" also describes this section. This is a great desk but for the price there are some compromises. There are some imperfections such as dings, dents, and rough edges that you may need to live with (on mine these are barely noticeable unless you specifically looking for them). Some of the parts are also not perfectly aligned, making some aspects uneven unless you correct them as you see them (I don't want this overexaggerated, I still have a flat work surface and the desk looks professional, once again its something you have to look for to notice).
Overall this is a fantastic desk for the price. The desk looks great, it is very solid (the desk doesn't shake), and I have all the work space that I'll ever need. If you have the space in your room this is a no-brainer, compared to similarly priced desks this one is easily double their quality based on comparisons from in-store visits.
