Good printer not so good scanner If you just need a printer and fax, it works great, if you do alot of scanning into the computer, it comes out faint unless you use the setting greyscale, which our software won't accept, on the black and white and dpi of 300 anything scanned in that is not dark black won't be legible March 14, 2014
Fast but Poor Quality Had this printer for a total of 6 weeks; purchased in January 2014. This printer will sporadically produce copies that are crooked in nature. Whether using the top loader or traditional scanning function, pages will come out crooked (rotated to the right). I will not purchase another Canon imageClass. February 20, 2014
Canon network copier This is a workhorse we have currently 7 machines, Pro: we copy and print about 5000 pages a month on each machine, no problems, big 500 page tray, remote scanning overhaul very good and sold machine Cons: The auto feeder give some time problems December 23, 2013
ImageCLASS D1320 I have only used this machine for printing and copying. It performs very well. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT I CANNOT GET THE ONLINE MANUAL FOR THE MACHINE TO EITHER DISPLAY OR PRINT. THIS IS A REAL BIG DISADVANTAGE WHEN TRYING TO LEARN HOW TO GET THE MACHINE TO DO WHAT I WANT IT TO DO. August 27, 2013
