Rated 4 out of 5by Clell Nice Chair
Really like this chair. Easy to put together. Purchased the extended warranty, but very unhappy with the registration process. This chair is not on Asurion's list so I tried to enter the brand name but website kept defaulting to "UNKNOWN Product Name" and "Product Unknown". Guess if I ever have to use the warranty, will find out if it is any good.

Really comfortable. I wish it had more support for my lower back, but it's a really good chair.

Rated 3 out of 5by Charles Ok Chair, moderate ergonomics
When we read the description of this chair online we were very excited that it seemed to have the right combination of comfort and ergonomics.
After using it for 6-8 hours a day for several days it has become apparent that the back support is not well designed. There is very little padding. The knob that adjusts the tension on the back of the chair is very difficult to turn the final few twists needed to produce any significant amount of back pressure.
There is very little lumbar support and it is not adjustable. The middle of the lower back support presses against my spine and is not padded at all.
The arm rests are nicely padded and adjust up and down and rotate inward. However, they are a bit further out than are comfortable for me and can not be adjusted in.
The seat is well padded and comfortable. The back is mesh and quite cool.

Rated 2 out of 5by Notthathappy Armrests keep moving
I purchased this chair a few weeks ago and am thinking about returning it. The seat cushion is fine--very comfortable. However, when I use the armrests by placing my elbows on them to position myself in the chair, they move--very annoying. They are made to be adjustable to the person sitting in the chair so they can be turned in, or pushed out. The problem is you can't lock them into position. Also, I think the chair is actually too big for me, I don't fill up the seat bottom which is not a big issue, but I think the arm rests are designed for larger people. I bought this chair with a fabric cushion because a chair I bought several years ago and made of bonded leather started peeling. Every time I used it I would find traces of the fabric on the floor so I switched to a fabric cushion to avoid this problem. If I could have simply ordered a new seat cushion for my other chair, I would have done that. The rest of the chair was perfectly fine. I think manufacturers should consider selling replacement seats, armrests, and seat backs for chairs made out of the bonded leather or find some other way to repurpose them. It was such a waste to throw out the hardware of the chair, there was nothing wrong with it. Just sayin...!
