Rated 3.2 out of 5by 25 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5by Good chair for the price This chair is comfortable has a high back and is very solid. My only complaint is that you cannot adjust the arms to be wider. April 13, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5by Uncomfortable The chair was easy enough to assemble. But, as other reviews have stated, it feels nothing like the one I tested in the store. The seat cushion is flimsy and my tail hurt after sitting in it for more than an hour. Also, the seat tilts forward and you feel like you are going to fall out forward. Also, the height adjustment didn't go high enough for me, I'm 6' tall. I returned it for a refund. April 13, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5by Concerned... The chair itself is comfortable, works well, and is designed well. The low stars rating is due completely to receiving the chair damaged and not knowing where or to whom to rectify this concern. In searching through the instructions, I seem to have missed who to send the pictures and the damage report to. April 6, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5by Soft and comfortable I spend 10+ hours at the computer 5 days a week, and this chair so far has been worth the purchase. The fabric is very soft and a deep black. The headrest is like a pillow. I tell people this chair is kind of like a recliner without the foot rest. It was extremely easy to put together. I literally put the chair together, put three loads of laundry into dryers, and fixed a glass of water ALL within 45 minutes. My only not like is the chair leans forward. It's almost as if it's forcing you to lean toward your desk and it's almost impossible to lean back enough to make the chair tilt. Probably an ergonomic feature, but it's kind of awkward.
