    Rated 4.3 out of 5by 61 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5by TOTALLY UNCOMFORTABLE Do not waste your money. This chair is awful! October 6, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5by great chair I am absolutely thrilled with this chair. It was easy to put together, great price for the product and comfortable. My back feels great with the lumbar support!! October 5, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5by Functional Comfort Love this chair. Most comfortable work chair I have owned. Now my wife wants one. Great buy for the price. One caution, it's always good to get chair bolts as snug as possible, but I managed to snap one on an arm support bracket, even while using the short-handled Allen wrench included. It's not a reflection on the chair manufacturer but rather the quality of steel in the bolts supplied. They do give you one extra bolt, so I will be using it, after performing some surgery with a drill and screw extractor. October 5, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5by Nice features, poor quality control, uncomfortable Great features on this chair, sadly, none executed effectively. One year later review - We bought 3 of these (combination of features and sale price) , and after a few months, I asked the others what they thought. All of us agree it's not comfortable. Lumbar support is too high and feels like a bar across the back. Seat tilts forward or level, not back, and arms are too short (front to back) , so you can rest your wrists, or mount the arms in reverse, and rest your elbows, but not both - which feels awkward. Mine has the holes in the seat drilled off kilter, so the base and seat back, when attached, tilts to one side - though the other two chairs don't do that. Also, we'd bought one chair that arrived with a tear in the seat - near the front edge - clearly visible. The mechanics on mine clink and clack if you adjust the settings. The seat middle is not well padded, and the seat back also doesn't conform to the body well. The bonded leather (vinyl - polyurethane really - with leather dust impregnated within it) looks decent and feels better than regular synthetic materials - however, on one arm it's begun to peel and flake off, leaving the fabric underneath showing. The wheel treads are narrow so it doesn't coast easily on a padded carpet. Also, chair doesn't spin 360 freely. My old chair spins and spins like on air. Description says memory foam. I'm going to say I doubt it. I have memory foam items in my house - pillow, mattress top, sneakers. The foam feels a bit like putty - slowly molding to your shape. The 'memory foam' in this chair feels like regular foam rubber you'd find in any sofa - if squished, it immediately springs right back - not slow like real memory foam does. Also, there's padding around the perimeter as seen in the picture, but one half as much in the center of the seat back and seat - so for the average person, you don't sit on or lean back on those areas. For example, if you're and adult male, size Large clothing - you can make a fist and fit them easily on either side of your hips and still not touch the arms - even with the arms mounted at closest position. Chair is not described as big/tall but perhaps meant for bigger bodies (as long as you're that big and still under the 250lb weight limit). The other two users are bigger 200lb, and 220lb - and they agree the chair is meh at best. 1 year later, we all don't like them. I recently tried some chairs at a competitor, and such a difference. Go to store and try them all. October 2, 2015
