SAVE HAVE BEEN MORE CAREFUL IN SHOPPING I've been very disappointed with this purchase. Most of the problems center around my not reading carefully enough or key information missing. To begin with all the keys had 2 unusual symbols on the right side of every key. They looked like shorthand symbols but made it very difficult to see the letters. I type by sight so this made the keyboard very hard to read. I had to use a black marker over the symbols so I could read it. I don't remember seeing this mentioned in the description. Equally frustrating is the fact that the memory can't be replaced or upgraded. The machine comes with 4GB of RAM which is adequate for Windows 7. I upgraded my last laptop (an ACER) to 8GB and it was much better. This is the 7th laptop that I've had in the last 18 years and the only one that the memory couldn't be replaced. If it were a $400 computer I could accept it, but not at $679. May 31, 2014
