great looking
this is a great looking chair, and it is comfortable. The main problem with this chair is the wheels. Im not sure if it just cheap wheels or just because it has 5, but it does not roll easy. It scrubs and scrapes and feels like it is stuck on something, but it is not. I am considering seeing if I can change out the wheels and see if that will help.

Leather Chair
Quick shipping, arrived in good shape. Assembly was fairly easy, good instructions. The chair is fairly comfortable and helps maintain good posture.

Disappointed
The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was that the underside of the base was scantily painted. Although this shows low quality craftsmanship, no one is going to see it so I moved along and proceeded to assemble the chair. The chair is designed to be assembled with nothing more than the provided Allen wrench. However, none of the pre-drilled holes are properly threaded so you will need a wrench or other tool to provide the necessary torque to fully tighten the screws, which adds a considerable amount of time to the assembly time. Once the chair is assembled, there are 4 decorative caps that are supposed to snap into the chair to hide the bolts located on the arms. Unfortunately, one of these caps was too small and thus wouldn't snap in at all. Once again, I figured I would just live with it as the chair still seemed decent for the price. Then I sat in it. The seat depth is extremely shallow, measuring 3-4" shorter than my previous chair. Furthermore, although the chair does tilt, it just barely tilts and does not lock as it is supposed to. Although there is adequate cushioning in the chair for someone my size (6', 190 lbs), the two aforementioned issues make this chair extremely uncomfortable. I will be returning it as soon as possible.

Too High
The lowest setting on height adjustment and my feet can barely touch the floor, impossible to get my feet low enough to recline back. Minimum seat height isn't given in description. I'm 5'11.
Color is not as shown- it is a much darker brown espresso.
One feature mentioned in description of chair that it doesn't have is adjustable tilt angle. You can't lock the tilt angle as described in over view, only locks in upright position.
Otherwise, extremely sturdy, well-made and comfortable.
Would have preferred to see it in store, but web only item. And once you unpack it and put it together, you may as well keep it as returns must be unassembled in original packaging.
