the 3 rings move so your are fighting to get the paper in and if you get the papers in and miss one you have to pull ALL the papers out to put the one back in. so frustrating. I ordered the 5" due to the amount of paperwork I needed to put in the binder and its more trouble than worth

I never knew a 3-ring binder could be so complicated! This design is deplorable. The locking knob on the rings make it difficult to slide hole-punched paper through. If you actually have more than 2" of materials to put in this 5" binder, the pages are either going to have to slide under the turn (which makes putting more paper on impossible) or hump over the turn (which makes adding more paper difficult to manage). Both the inside front pocket and the outside front view sleeve are too tight to easily slip in paper. On the front view, I finally had to cut the top 1" off my title page just because I'd spent nearly 10 minutes trying to coax the piece of paper down. On the inside, it was equally tight - and I was just trying to keep the originally packaged sheet with instructions with the notebook! My advice if you still decide to purchase this notebook - KEEP the instructions. It is NOT intuitive.

The gapless binder is great ... no more pages sticking on the ring gaps

After reading the description was excited to use these binders (2). You have to load back to the front. the end clamps were easy to open but the middle one was quite difficult. Do not purchase if you are adding items filed by alphabet. To add more files you have to pull all of the papers out, add new pages to the back, put the others back in again. I do not recommend them and doesn't look like I can return them to Office Depot.
