The assembly instructions were not user-friendly when trying to place the sliding rails inside the drawer spaces. We went to the local store and a representative helped to show and demonstrate the procedures - otherwise, we'd still be scratching our heads trying to figure how to do it.
We are both mechanically inclined and follow the directions but the enclosed directions did not show the "where/how" this part of assembly could be accomplished.
Suggestion: Provide an on-line video that shows explicit details/procedures on how to accomplish this task.

The quality is very good for the price. A great home/office cabinet. It took my husband about 2 hours to assemble. He also read that their is a website to help. Great idea.

It took me 8 hours to assemble. The Videos supplied on line had instructions that differed from the written ones supplied. The number of parts received matched the video but were too few when using the written instructions (Screws). The sections hook together by cam locks. Two failed and unit came apart. I had to use finishing nails and wood glue. The cam lock required a Philips screw driver to turn but there was no way to get enough torque to secure them adequately. They should have been cast with for an Allan wrench. Two parts could not be installed for lack of a place to install them. Extension rails called for 4 screw each in written instructions, two on the video. There were not enough screws provided for the written instruction anyway and the cam-adjusting drawer feature would not have worked if four were used. The was both a disappointing and frustrating endeavor!

The boxes arrived on the exact day you said they would, so it was easy to plan for them. But, these 2 boxes were in the worst condition of anything I have ever ordered from computer or catalog! For something weighing over one hundred pounds each, I can't imagine how rough a worker had to be to get them in that shape. The damage had to have been with a forklift, cause no one could have tossed or thrown these boxes! The corners were damaged. One area that needs to be looked at in the instructions is the measuring and putting in the drawer stops for the drawers. That is clear as mud, but the the rest was explained quite well. The holes for screws were well placed. No parts were missing, and well counted out. I needed my husband's help to hold sides and etc.,& I have put together Mates Bunk beds computer desks, entertainment centers,& other file cabinets by myself.
