Black toner printed only 430 pages This printer is disappointing. First of all, it is NOT user friendly at all. The worst was when it asked me to change the black toner after only printing 430 standard pages in total with NO Photos or pics. The manual says that the toner capacity is 2000 pages. I don`t know if this an unusual case or this is the normal. June 29, 2013

Not for use with Mac I've always heard that Xerox makes top quality printers, scanners, fax combination systems but I wouldn't know as this Workcenter is not compatible with Mac. I purchased my laptop and Workcenter about 1 year ago now from MacMall and was assured everything was fine. I did not need the Workcenter right away and did not use it right away. Once I had my net work set-up there was only one week remaining on my warranty. I called to see if Xerox could help me get this Workcenter connected to my network. I was told I needed a CAT 5 cable for my wireless network in order to make this work. I purchased what I was told to get and called support again and again they were not able to help me. I was then told there would be updates coming out that would make this Workcenter compatible with my Mac. It has been nearly a year and there is still no help for Mac. Xerox may make a good product but I really cannot give any worthwhile information as to the quality of this product. May 20, 2013

Great quality for the price, spooling time a bit longer than expected Really love the printer, had absolutely no problem setting up the wireless printer capability. It however will not work with an IPAD. Tried numerous Free IPAD printer programs that claimed to make it work with the printer but it didn't work. Purchased this particular printer with the wireless capable printer to be able to print with the IPAD as well as with my laptops. But at least I am not tied to the desktop. May 10, 2013
