Gets it Done
This is the third of these cabinets from Office Depot. They are an excellent price value and meet all my household storage needs. While assembly takes a little patience it pays off. The instructions are in US English; and well written - they work!. I assembled this one in about an hour and a half; including coffee breaks. Not bad for a geezer working alone. Had there been a second one to assemble it wouldn't take half the time. Plant to spread open ALL the "tabs"; and don't get carried away with tapping pieces into position, they bend very easily. I have all my cabinets on dollies to enable adjusting the garage "dcor" as needed. It also prevents twisting and bending the cabinet when moving over the floor. # #Try Gemplers 128679 dolly, rugged but cheap.## When assembling for use with a dolly, tape the dolly to the cabinet base #block the wheels# and raise it carefully - avoids the hassle of later lifting the cabinet onto the dolly. For a light duty product you won't find better.

Poor Quality
This cabinet arrived completely unassembled. None of the pieces were labeled, but most were relatively self explanatory. But this cabinet is not worth what OD charges. The metal is flimbsy, bends and warps easily. There are no screws that hold this cabinet together; everything is snaps and notches that have to line up. While assembling the cabinet, previous assembles portions easily come apart. We had to use a hammer and pliers to fix bent and warped metal to make things fit and line up. Even when it's completely finished, the doors are not flush and square when closed. OD shouldn't even stock or sell something this poorly made.

Needs re-design
I realized at the outset that for $200, you would not get the same performance vs a fully welded/ assembled unit, which start at $369. I wanted it to store light items, so I thought this would be a good value. The design leaves much to be desired for the reasons cited by other reviewers. The problem is that with each pair of parts you assemble, there are no features to keep them locked together. After partial assembly, you need to stand the cabinet up and it falls apart. I finally resorted to using a 1/8 in diameter x 1/8 long pop rivet to pin each pair of components after they are slid together. In total, this required about 11 rivets and resulted in a very stable cabinet. The doors went together fine and the handle and door bolts are sufficient. Simple redesign could make this a good value product.

You are kidding me!
Assembled it, tried to move it and it collapsed. Reassmbled in place, fairly sturdy. Not as sturdy as cabs purchased assembled 2-3 years ago. Quite flimsy, could actually force it open, I haven't tried, afraid of the damage. I will use it for lighter stuff... Never purchase another....
