Office Depot? Brand Heavy-Duty Shipping Tape With Dispenser, 1.89 x 43.7 Yd., Clear
They're Right! The Worst!
The other reviews are correct. This is HORRIBLE. Not the actual stickiness of the tape itself, but it says to put tape under the two tabs and pull. Ridiculous! The dispenser is too wide for the tape so the tape doesn't stay in place, comes out and gets stuck to the roll of tape, and you all know how that goes. Don't waste your money. Buy Scotch brand. I am from now on.

lousy tape and dispenser
I curse this tape every time I use it. I am too cheap to throw it away, but my frustration may result in tossing the remaining rolls. The tape splits easily when coming off the roll so there is an endless process of trying to find the stuck shreds in order to get a full piece of tape again. The tape slips out of the little "keepers" on the dispenser and sticks back on the roll, resulting in a frustrating process of trying to find the end and un-stick it without shredding the tape. Thoroughly a worthless product.

When time was of the essence, the tape kept going back on itself and it was a time-consuming battle to get it to start again--the it would tear into strips and it would take more time to gather all of those until it became whole again. I don't know who thought this would work. The little guides on either side of the Dispenser were only helpful for one or two uses, then the tape slipped out and got stuck again. My thumbnail was a mess by the time I kept having to use it to pull up the end of the tape - once I found it. It was so very frustrating! The only solution is to always hold onto it long enough to fold over the corner for the next use, which is wasting more product. Being in a hurry, it was just horrible. Can't you improve the guide on the Dispenser?

Worst of the worst
Thin, junky tape that won't stay in its guides and is prone to shredding and tearing. Even worse than the stuff at the dollar store. You will waste more tape than you use just trying to unglue it every time it sticks to itself. If they reduced the price to a penny it still wouldn't be worth the aggravation. You know the no-brand aluminum foil that's as thin as toilet paper and rips when it unrolls into triangles? This is the tape version of that. Buy anything else.
