Rated 2.1 out of 5by 19 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5by Swingline down hill Once upon a time, Swingline was a top line name in the office equipment business. Unfortunately that's no longer the case. This is the third model punch offered by Swingline I tried. While better than the former models it still leaves a lot to be desired. Plastic through out except for the handle mounts, teeth and combs. Until you get used to it, it's a pain to load the pages far enough back to punch properly. You need to "wiggle" them around to get them back far enough for the correct punch. I'd also advise against using a binder spine smaller than 5/16". The 1/4" ones are totally useless except for three or four pages. April 14, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5by Defective product I used comb binder at work. I have lots of experience. The spacing between the combs slightly to narrow. I tried old combs and new ones I just bought. Plan to return product but through out box. March 30, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5by Good Purchase I purchased the less expensive binding machine. It did not work. The C12 works well. It is a great savings compared to having someone else binding my presentation materials. November 25, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5by Junk. Don't buy it! I echo the experience of other reviewers. Machine broke on first use. Won't punch more than 1 or 2 sheets at once because they won't fit far enough into the puncher. Lever for the comb opener came off in my hands and the comb opener also broke. One of the rubber feet popped off. It's in the dumpster where it belongs. November 24, 2014
