A "no-go" for me
I've used comb binding systems a LOT over the years, and didn't really expect anything different with this one. But it was impossible to get the sheets in straight so the holes would punch properly! It seems like there is something blocking the paper as you insert it, and because of the design, you can't tell what that might be, or even worse, whether the pages are in straight before you punch. Lots of wasted paper that you need to be prepared to reprint. I struggled through a 3/4" doc (yes, I was careful to stay well below the 12-sheet limit!) and had too many mis-fires to be acceptable. I NEVER return products, but this one's going back.

ONE STAR IS TOO MANY !!!
I was going to order a different model but saw this in the store and got it instead - am on my way back to return it! I tried to punch 5 sheets (specs said it should do 12) but it wouldn't feed in properly. Then when I finally got a few to punch, something got in the way, and just like one of the other reviewers experienced, it wouldn't punch straight and slots ran right off the page. The terrible design gives you no way to clear a problem. I was almost driven berserk and if I wasn't working in a church near one of our teenagers, I'd have expressed myself more creatively than I did! I DIDN'T NEED THE STRESS THIS INFURIATING MACHINE SUPPLIED - AND THAT'S THE ONLY THING IT SUPPLIED.

Poor quality
I used this machine one time using only five sheets of paper and the teeth broke. I repackaged it and took it back to the store.

The Box Makes A Great Cat Toy
After about 15 minutes of use something jammed inside and the paper wouldn't line up correctly. I made sure I was under the 12 pages limit while punching. There's no way I can see to open it up to clear the jam without breaking it. The combs feel flimsy and cheap. Will be returning this soon. The cat will be disappointed to lose his new home.
