Rated 1 out of 5by 1 reviewer.
Rated 1 out of 5by Out of Date 1. The law has changed you can now have Two signatures instead of notarization 2. The living will does not ask important questions of organ donation. 3. Most of the other documents are filler...virtually worthless Did you guys put this together back in the 80's? 4. It is significantly overpriced and probably will not be accepted by the health providers. You should not be selling this and no one should be buying it either. April 13, 2015
