HP LaserJet Pro M476nw Wireless Color Multifunction All-In-One Printer, Copier, Scanner, Fax 4.5 5 15 15
No User Instructions!! I purchased my new HP Laser Jet pro M476nw Wireless Color Multifunction All-in-One from Office Depo a couple of weeks ago, and I have been satisfied so far. I was decidedly UNSATISFIED, though, to find there were set up instructions but no operation instructions. How to make a copy, send a fax, scan a document onto my computer?? You guess is as good a mine....I had to go online and traverse through multiple HP sites before finding some user instructions (even these are not complete and I still can't use the scan function). On the plus side, though, operation is smooth, and the copies are beautiful. I would buy it again if I had it to do over November 24, 2014
Great Printer Works like a champ. WiFi is awesome. Love it! October 22, 2014
Great Wireless All in One I was replacing my 2600 laser & figured it was time to get a Laser all in one instead of having all these different printers for my home office. Took it out of the box & even though it's large it takes up about the same space of my other laser printer & I could eliminate the other printer I was using for scanning, so I have extra space. I used the HP program to hook up wirelessly & it worked like a charm, so it was hooked up and working in minutes. In the past I've had problems with the scanners jamming but this one seems to do well & I can use the recycled paper. It's faster printing & scanning then my old printers & color looks great on my flyers. Very happy with my purchase. October 20, 2014
Awesome so far! I've only had this printer for a little over a week, and was forced to buy something when my trusty old Canon inkjet finally gave up the ghost. Frankly, I dreaded the thought of buying a printer......there are a billion choices, and as we all know, there's a lot of junk out there, even among the best brand names (I've had an HP 2035n for a couple years that's been pretty much garbage from day one). After spending several days reviewing different models, I stopped into Office Depot and spent awhile longer comparing brands/models. I've gotten so tired of cheap garbage and tech problems, I assumed no matter what I bought, I'd have some kind of issue. I finally went with the HP LaserJet Pro M476nw because (a) it had everything I needed, (b) gets a lot of good reviews on different sites, and (c) was a SMOKIN' deal on sale at $369 (went back up to almost $600 the day after I bought it!). So far, I'm thrilled. Setup was pretty much a breeze (although I'm still figuring out all of the wireless capabilities) and everything is working great......great quality printing. I put it through its paces in this first week, printing over 500 pages of handouts for a workshop, and this printer really came through for me. October 18, 2014
