Good value, not dependable
I've used Memorex for a long time, and I've probably used 2000+ cd-rs. They're on sale often; I have found them as low as $12/100-pack, usually on sale around $20/100-pack. Most cds in the packs are fine, record and copy fine, but I would estimate the fail rate between 4-8 discs per pack. Usually it's not a problem, except when a disc fails when recording a master disc directly. Not fun. Good value, but higher fail rate. Thus, three star rating.

no problems ever
Let's be clear these are the CD-R's for recording music, and data storage. These are not the DVD's for video as some have mistakenly reviewed them to be. These are blank disks and will be as good as the burner you are using. I've used thousands of these and cannot ever recall having a single problem.

Never Buy This Product Again
When it was on sale I bought the 100 pack for $18. I thought I was getting a good deal but later I realized I bought an inferior product. After burning a dozen videos, I played back the DVD's. The first one had skipping problems several minutes into the disk. I thought it was a defective DVD. But then every DVD had the same problem or the picture froze then skipped. I tried playing the DVD's on my other two players to make sure it was the DVD and not the player. All players had the same skip/freeze problem. I'm going back to TDK. It costs more but it's certainly not money wasted.

Fantastic Purchase
Purchased 100 and have used 70 of them and not one single failure. I will purchase them again.
